My boyfriend and I first contacted Patty when we were interested in renting an apartment in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. We searched on Zillow and found a beautiful unit with her information attached to it, but it was slightly over budget for us. We spoke to her and she promptly made an appt. to show us the unit. She also sent us a link with several other units. All were nice, but we were set on the one that was over our budget. Patty worked with the owner and ended up getting the price dropped a $100 dollars to fit within our price range.
